        Overall

        Horrible Communication. Called 3 times and the first thing one gets is an outgoing message that all calls will be recorded with no option. Then there is a pause and a person answers "Hello who is this?" There is no indication that the call is to the business name as no one ever mentions that on the opposite end. Then when asked about landscaping they responded "What do you want?" Very Poor Customer Service!
