I have been a regular here for about 4 years. I had no problems with the service up until today. I had scheduled an appointment for 2:30 today for a hair cut and walked all the way there because I didn't have a ride. I got there, sat and waited, just so the lady (who was rather rude to me, both over the phone and in person) could tell me that no one was going to cut my hair. They didn't bother to call me and tell me this, and the reason that my appointment was canceled was that they did not even know their own work schedules. I can't believe that they would treat a returning customer like that.
