Wired!

Wired located at 400 N Bowman, Little Rock came out to my company about last month to troubleshoot a connection problem with my network. One of my computers would not connect to the network and when it did it would not stay connected before they left I was charged for a new switch which they installed at a cost of nearly $800.00, and was told that the problem was solved. Two days later the same problem occurred but this time with another computer, I called them back and they sent someone out to check it out the next day. This guy said the network card was bad in the computer that was having trouble so I had that replaced. Later that same day the same computer had the same problem where it was not connecting to the network. By this point I am out nearly $1200.00 and my problem is still not fixed. When I called back the third time in two days I was greeted by a very rude individual who basically told me that he didn't have time for me. So I called another company. The other company had a young lady there in about 20 minutes she started looking at my system to include the switch that was replaced by Wired and found the problem in less than an hour. The little clip on the network cable that ran from the panel to the switch was broken. She replaced the end on the cable, charged me $2.00 for the part plus labor. She also hooked my old switch back up and plugged her laptop into each of the inserts to test the switch, ran some kind of program, and showed me that all the inserts worked.

So basically I was charged nearly $1200.00 by Wired just to have one of their guys come out and say he worked on my network. I will never use Wired again! They either do not know what they are doing, or they are scam artist. Either way they got $1200.00 out of me and I am looking into filing a lawsuit against them. I have already seen my attorney and he is working with my new computer support company to see if I have a case against Wired.

I was charged nearly $1200.00 for equipment and labor I did not need. When another company was able to fix my network for only $97.00 and I have not had any problem with my network in three weeks.
