Be warned before purchasing any property in this area. Office staff is unprofessional, rude, & more concerned about monetary focus vs. security. A subdivision located behind a gate where anyone has access, no security officers & cameras that help none during crime. Check the police records r/t crime in this area. Highscool & middle schools have horrible ratings in this area. Cost of houses are plunging as well as forecloses, but taxes are rising! Do your homework!!!!!
