Little Rock Family Dental Care

They are horrible. I called as I needed tooth repaired, they said they can do it, when I got there they made pictures etc and said I need to see some other dentist so they cover my wound with plastic filing which came off when I was still sitting in chair, they said not to worry they will charge to insurance for visit. After visit had to look for another dentist after wasting my time and insurance deductible etc.





Beware of this practice, they all about making money and helping you maintain your tooth's is secondary.

Dr.mackan and dr. Dover are both great guys and doctors . I have had all three doctors do work on me . So here we go the third so called doctor doesn't care about his patient it's rush get it done and bring out the next cattle not to mention how he talk to the assistant or about other assistants . I was in there a couple weeks ago and had the pleasure Of hearing someone saying he is sleeping with his assistant and then the other one says are you surprised how many does this make ! Kinda of makes you feel like your at the bunny ranch . awhile back ago I was there and over heard him arguing on his phone . An to top it off I went to another dental office where the young lady who was there said she use to work there an told me about him having an addiction problem with gas there . An was glad to be away . But it's not all neg there. like I said 2 of the doctors are great guys and the staff there are great . Kinda makes you wonder . So I found me a new doctor . Defiantly recommend thinking twice if they have to schedule you with dr. Scallion

Dr. Scallion is the best. I am a mother of a large family and have had unfortunate experiences with another Dental facility which left one of my children particularly afraid of going to the dentist. When we found Dr Scallion in Jan 2009, he put all of my son's fears to rest. Just last week Dr Scallion was put to the test yet again, and even when pressed for time due to circumstances beyond his control (a malfunctioning traffic light had made pts and Dr S arrive late) he was patient, and kind, conscientiously taking the time required to meet my son's needs.

As for the rest of the family, we all feel the same way. Two years ago Dr Scallion recontructed two of my teeth using the CEREC caps. It took two hours! and they look great! I have no complaints!

Dr. Machen is GREAT and staff is so friendly. They always explain the procedures in detail and put me at ease about the work needed. We have been going there for 5 years and have always had good experiences.

I wonder what the alterior motives are of the so called "DISSATISFIED PATIENTS??" By nature, I am an observer. I have been using Little Rock Family Clinic for 10 years with Dr. Randy Machen as my PRIMARY DENTIST. I have always admired the good spirit and positive attitudes of ALL who are employed there-not to mention seeing the same faces year after year. Dr. Randy Machen sets the professional and positive atmosphere that surrounds all those who are part of his team. I have had major structural and cosmetic dentistry performed on myself by Dr. Machen and have NEVER experienced anything but professionalism, quality, compassion, and generosity. On two occasions, I had dental emergencies. On one of those occasions Dr. Machen was off work, and never hesitated on abandoning his current activity to report to work and saving one of my front teeth. Futhermore, payment for this service was never discussed until after the tooth was repaired and I was allowed to make payments on the relatively small charge for such a crisis. His concern was clearly on the well being of ME the patient and not money. I am 150% satisfied with Dr. Machen and The LIttle Rock Family Dental Clinic and have referred many people and have never had a complaint from my referrals.

Little Rock Family Dental is first class all the way. Dr. Randy Machen has taken care of all my children for the past 13 years. We have met with Dr Machen after hours and on weekends for various emergencies. The Little Rock Family Dental staff is the best.....professional, competent, and quick.

I have been a patient of Dr. Machen for over 24 years. I trust him completely with my dental care and that of my wife and our 7 children. His work has always been everything we expected and we always send others to him . And, we always get a big thank you when they use him for their family dentist. Rick Ferguson

I have been a patient of Dr. Machen for over 25 years. Have found him and his stay to always be helpful and profesional. He even met me at 11:30 on a sunday night to extract a tooth, that I had let get out of hand. I would and have recomended Dr. Machen to anyone who would need any dental services.

Dr. Machen has done extensive work on my teeth, and I have been extremely pleased. I have had trouble with grinding; as a result, my teeth were extremely damaged. After consulting with several dentists, I had completely lost hope because they either would not attempt to work on my teeth, or they would give cost prohibitive estimates. Dr. Machen has fixed 3 bridges with 3 teeth each as well as 10 crowns. He has totally improved my smile--and he has worked with me in affordable phases. If at anytime I had an issue, he has had great follow up by meeting me at the office at very short notice. I feel blessed to have him in my life.

As an American citizen excercising my freedom of speech, it is my right to let everyone know that this place is misleading, decieving, and it's a miracle that this place is still up and running. My experience was the worst I've ever had and this is not a story that should go untold. Unfortunately, my story contains too many words for this post but stay tuned for my BBB report....it's sure to contain details that every patient should know regarding LR family dental. My friends and family are outraged by my experience. It is quite shocking to say the least. Friends don't let friends go to LR Family Dental!!!!!!!!!
