That these apartments are run by slum landloards. I live at the Bristol Manor Apartments and It was great when I moved in, with a $99 deposite and $99 first months rent. But I have lived here 7 months and they have not done any work to the place as promised when I moved in. Ex... currently there are no screens on any of the windows, plumbing has yet to be fixed, new carpet was not installed, re-painting of the was is not done, my railings on the staircase have not been fixed, and my pourch door is not fixed so I can lock it. Nothing that they told me would be fixed has ever been even looked at. I had to add a star rating to my review, so I put one on there.... but it doesnt deserve it.
