my mother is a resident of your property in paragould,ar.72450 address 715 kennedy. i really don't know where or why you found the manager at these apartments. evidentally you never show up for an inspection unless she knows your coming. my understanding is her son is suppose to keep the lawns mowed,edged and neat, since he is working at another job and he is married and his wife and son live with the manager and they are expecting another child. in other words he is getting benifits from you and from monroe industries also. also i would like to know just how the manager gets off going into an apartment when the tenant is still in bed. if she wants to check on someone she should phone them! my mothef is 85 years old and she likes to sleep in, i'm just glad she didn't have a heart attack !
