My experience at your dealership was horrible and I would never patronize your dealership again. I was scolded by one of your sales manager and while talking to one of your service man who so rudely walked away while I was talking to him. Perhaps your staff picks and chooses who the want to help and show respect and professionalism towards.

I called and made an appointment to get my AC clutch replaced, they told me it would cost at the most $250 (labor and parts included) so I bring my car in and tell them to call me before they do any work and let me know what they'd be doing. Me telling them it was the AC clutch wasnt enough, they had to do their own diagnositcs (which they charged me $85 for!). So I get the phone call and they tell me I need the entire AC compressor replaced ($750). In which I respond with, I just want the AC clutch replaced, not the whole compressor. They call me back a few min. later to tell me that it was fine and they'd just replace the clutch...for $550!!! I told them that I was quoted for it only being $250 and the guy said that did not include labor which I know for a fact it did! Anyway, I told them not to do anything and I would take my car elsewhere. I found another place that said they would replace the compressor for less than what Shumacher was going to charge for just the AC clutch. They will try and rip you off...STAY AWAY!!!
