highway landscapers think they can get away with everything they set up barricades at end of day with out properly securing them then when some one gets into an accident from weather conditions blowing them over they blame it on somebody else.saying they were moved by vandals or kids messing around.I FEEL SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE. if there would have been another vehicle that would have followed me i would probably be dead.my agenda is to follow them and make it known to every one including O.S.H.A to make sure no one else gets hurt or killed
