        This Zaxby's can be a bit hard to find because it located in the back of the mall. The service is always fast and the food is good. Now in the world of fast food and chicken strips, I think they do a darn good job. The chicken is always well seasoned and not over cooked. This location in particular is consistent with the taste and quality and is one of the better Zaxby's I've been to.

        This Zaxby's STINKS!!

        I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at the Lithonia Zaxby's. I pulled up in the line at 9:45 pm, 15 mins. before they close. I waited in line for 15 mins. and my window was 3 ft. away from the speaker when they turned the drive through menu lights off. And noone answered the speaker. After waiting for another 10 mins. for the people infrount of me to finish i got to the window and explained to them that I had been waiting for 15 mins. and they turned the lights out. The manager said that he had walked out to the line at 10 and there was a white truck behind the car I was behind and that I wasn't there and I just pulled up and it wasn't his problem. Basically calling me a liar. First of all, there was no white truck, I know because I had been there for 25 mins!! Also, why would he have to walk outside to look when there was a tv facing the drive-through right next to him. And finally if your in customer service...DON"T CALL CUSTOMERS LIARS!! I will NEVER go back there AGAIN
