STAY AWAY! We bought 3 vouchers through dealfind and were able to get an appointment 2 months after our initial call. The service was unprofessional and a child could have cleaned our home better than they did. The voucher claimed that what we were provided was a $289 value. One would assume that would include vacuuming. I just called to set up another service since we already had the vouchers and luckily for us, the number is diconnected. I have called dealfind to request a full refund. Terrible service and not worth the $45 we paid for the $285 service!

In a nutshell they are unbelievably unprofessional, unorganized and unresponsive service. I bought two vouchers in June (from Tippr). I called right away and got something scheduled for July, which I had asked for some of their extra services. They called me back and said they needed to move it to afternoon for them to do my windows. When they came, they said they didn't have time to do the windows. No extra service. I called the next week to line up my next service... and this is when the phones stopped working. I emailed them, called them, they moved offices, switched off their phones, got their phones working again, couldn't decide what new number I needed to call (I was on the phone with them). Finally, I got it scheduled. They were coming at 12. The crew started calling at 7 am (well before I wake up as I work nights), and called all morning just to verify address and timing. They never showed. Finally got through to the office - their excuse was that their van broke down and the whole cleaning crew quit. Someone was supposed to call me the next day to reschedule. I have been calling them for 3 weeks and no progress. Finally I just called Tippr and registered a complaint and asked for the refund.



PLEASE SAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND AVOID THESE CHARLATANS AT ALL COST!!

NEVER USE THEM! Their customer service is not acceptable for a large company - treating customers on the phone with less than polite ways. To schedule an appointment be ready to wait a minimum of 2 months, if not more. If you make th ereceptionist upset, which is easy to do, you may wait longer. They have sold too many "discount" deals and cannot keep up with the business and have fallen behind in their calender, which in turn has prevented them from returning calls or emails from clients for weeks. Trust me, I have first hand account.

We obtained a coupon to try out this cleaning service. Our appointment was cancelled. It took me a couple of weeks to get in touch with anyone who would talk to me. I was informed I would not get any service for nearly 2 months. When I asked for my money back I was told to go get it somewhere else and was promptly hung up on. This is a terrible business. The people who run it do not care about customer service or doing their job. Don't give money up front.
