The lack of costumer service let’s a lot to be desire, specially from the office manager Shanell, which should be the best at what she does instead of her “arrogance” poor costumer service, lack of desire to assist the patients and getting pleasure talking down to people.Ms. Shanell should not be in the position of authority as she does not have the qualities to work with the public, treat or talk to people, a person in this position is to be able to assist, direct and tactfully make the process easier and smooth.She talked down was condescending never used a please or this is how you are suppose to do it, I asked for a pen and her answer was, what do you want it for! I asked if I could leave the stool sample there and her response was “I hope you did not do it” everything seem to bother her, got me so upset that I left everything walked out and asked for the manager and by the answer I got from the front desk person it seems that, that’s her normal attitude to all the costumers.A person like Ms. Shanell should not be a representative of a company like LabCorp, where she has to provide costumer service..I do not endorse or promote labcorp in Linden as there are other locations were people are treated the way we are suppose to, costumers that pay for a service.
I am very upset with two employees at linden lab corp that did not bother to let me know I had to write my son's same on each feces analysis bottle. They asked me to place all 4 bottles inside a bag with the doctors receipt with my son's name of it. When I call for my son's results they disposed of his bottles. I want them to realize how hurt I am since I was waiting to know his results. The employee at the linden site need to be more patience and take the time to let the patient know what exactly they are supposed to do to make things easier. I now have to re do this test and it's going to longer to know what is wrong with my son. This will be the last time I go to this lab corp.
