Hanna's Rural Sanitation

I absolutely love this company and especially our service man, Marshall. There's no good excuse to forget trash day but it happens too often at our household and he always stops, honks and even comes to get it at the house. He is so so nice and goes above and beyond to help. Thank you!!!

Trash out by 530 every weds, and many months our trash still gets picked up many times way after 330. Today it's now, 733pm and still our trash is on the curve, which when we got home, we had to re-bag some, due to the dogs tearing them up leaving trash scattered over the street and yard. This happens ALot and now, I have had enough. When I called the company, I can never get a live person to speak with. Furious and need our trashed picked up on time and on the day if pick up. Just like they want they money. We are not behind and it makes bad business.
