I lived in a lower-end apartment for two years. My rent was never late, I did check issuance straight from my bank for two years. I never received a call or email from them that they had any issue with my tenancy. I gave notice, cleaned thoroughly for a week straight and moved out. When I received my reconciliation letter with payment log for my two years they claimed over most of the two years that my payments had conveniently been 5 days late (the late-limit after which they charged late fees). It took me two weeks to receive postage records from my bank proving this would be impossible unless they had sat on the letters/checks for days each month to "make" them late. By the time I responded with my evidence and counter-claim they became unresponsive and had already sent the fraudulently-claimed $300 to collections.

Worst company in Lincoln. Lazy, unprofessional, rude management. The apartments themselves are in horrible shape. They are not easy to work with at all.
