Jack McDonald Sign Company

Jack has done signs for our company for over 15 years.

The artwork was very original. His personality is easy going and fun. He has designed, manufactured and installed signage on 13 of our retail stores.

Jack McDonald bid on my business signs. It took him three weeks to provide his bid. He provided a contract with cost and his signature. When I went to put half down on down payment he increase the total amount by $1,855 dollars. He said he left some sign cost out of the bid and had bad math. He would not honor his contract so I offered to pay half of the amount he left off and he agreed. I called him five days asking for the revised contract he agreed to. Each time he said he was working on my project. I was to meet with him last Friday to lay out where the sign would be placed but he did not show up and did not call. It appears he is just going to stall and wear me out by not doing what he said he would do and not complete the work.
