        Long story short, I called the...

        Long story short, I called them to see if they would come out and look at my stove, they said someone would get back to me and never did, I called back again and said someone would get back to me, again, two months later, no calls, not even one call to say that they would not be able to help me. In the meantime I called McQuellon's and they came out that day to look at my stove. Thank you McQuellon's!! Anyhow, hopefully that is not how McEntire's runs their business and it was just a fluke because I will not go back or recommend to friends/family. Just sayin....
