Took my daughter to be seen by Dr. Williams . I scheduled her appt 3 was in advance and gave all necessary insurance info prior to scheduling to ensure we were in network. I take the day off work and pull my child from school early. We arrived 20 mins early since it was our first time. When we arrived they informed us we were not in network and would have to oat the full price up front. I asked to speak with DR. Williams and he refused to see me unless he was examine my child and after he received payment. We left and my child is still not seeing properly! I would stay far far away from this optometrist ! Bad ethics and even poorer bedside manner . He is AllAbout the MONEY!
