Tracy's Appliances

What called about furniture the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me when I asked about furniture saying they didn't they do not sell Furniture only appliances but the website says it sells it

We will never buy from Tracy's Appliances again!!! We had refrigerator problems, they said it is still under warranty, which we thought Great!! We set up a appointment, the fix it guy came out did his job fixed it, and handed us a bill, we told him the lady said the refrigerator was still under warranty, he got a major big attitude with us, he told us he'll talk to them at Tracy's and someone will get back with us! Two days later and no one still hasn't called us and guess what I get a bill in the mail!! So I called and complained which did know good! I am so aggravated with that place, I will tell everyone that I know to never shop at Tracy's Appliances again!!!

I've had the worst time with Tracy's Appliances. I purchased a brand new Washer and Dryer and had it installed. From the very first time I used the Washer it did not work properly.



A horrible burning rubber smell came from the washer and I could smell it from 3 rooms away! It was so bad I had to air out my whole apartment and had to go to the laundry mat to wash my clothes. I discussed the issue with the guy who sold me the washer and he refused to give me a replacement washer! He was also very rude, belittling and insulting.



I will never do business with them again, and I urge everyone not to buy from their scam of a store!
