Incompetent Service

My aunt was having problems with the transmission on her son's Mitsubichi Eclipse. It was jerking and had one year warranty. She drove all the way from Fayetteville to Lillington to take the car to get it fixed and no one was there. That is a very long way for her to have to drive to get "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING." She asked the person next door to the transmission service how he could be reached and when she called him, he was very belligerent, loud, nasty, hateful, etc. to my aunt so she slammed the phone down on the counter. She deserves better than this!!!!!! Also, she was "RIPPED OFF BIGTIME!!!!!!!!!!" She was "OVERCHARGED" for the transmission. She paid $1800 and later she found out that she could have gotten a brand new transmission for $1300 installed and with warranty from a reputable transmission service that has very high ratings, not like this one.........





I think that she should call the cops and have him arrested for malicious treatment of a customer and unethical practices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Also, he does not have the proper tools to diagnose the problem!!!!! What kind of idiot is this????



His business looks like a "HOLE IN THE WALL DUMP."
