I wish i could give this place negative stars!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I went here to test drive an 06 BMW 645 and they notified us immediately that there was something wrong with the radio and that a technician was coming to fix it the next day. We also test drove an 06 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona which my boyfriend decided he like much more than the BMW. Immediately we knew there were a few issues with this car. It needed new front tires, an alignment and something was off with the power steering. We brought these issues to the attention of the owner who said they would not be an issue to fix. My boyfriend brought them a check from the bank (who stated there was an issue with the title already). The dealer stated this was not a problem and even showed us the "clean" carfax report. The dealership kept the car for several days to repair the issues (replace front tires, replace rack and pinion, and gave my boyfriend $$ to get the alignment done himself). When we picked the car up, i noticed the face plate from the radio was missing. I asked the dealer where the radio face was and he stated that they lost it!!! I asked him why they didn't tell us about it up front since they were so willing to say the BMW radio didnt work? He replied "You didnt ask." What?????

After picking up the car that day, the check engine light came on before we could even make it to the house. We took it to AutoZone and had them check the codes. 7 different codes came up!!!!!

P0420 - Catalyst system

P1521 - Incorrect Engine Oil Type

C2205 - Steering Angle Sensor

C2202 - Original VIN mismatch/missing

C123F - Steering Angle Comparitive Performance

C2100 - Battery Voltage Low

C1219 - Steering Angle Erratic Performance

My boyfriend took the car back to them that Monday and was basically told that it was his problem since he bought the car "AS-IS"!!!! Are you kidding me? Needless to say the did replace the catalytic converter. At this time however, my boyfriend went ahead and purchased the extended warranty that is offered by ALPHA (Probably the only good thing this lot has going for them). But then he was told the reason the mismatch VIN code was coming up was because the driver door had been replaced...WAIT! WHAT??? Where was this information before we purchased this car and even more, why was it not on the "clean" carfax they showed us!!!!???? This place is an absolute JOKE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY!!!!!

Now after reading some of these other reviews, I'm nervous about having to go get the tag for this vehicle. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT trust this dealership!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 2005 Kia on 2/25. On 3/9 the car broke down while I was driving it. I had it towed to my mechanic who has determined that the engine needs to be replaced. He said that engine failure was caused by lack of oil pressure. He also told me that someone had disconnected the oil pressure warning light. Consequently, this caused irreparable damage to the engine components. Now I am forced to buy a new engine.

A disconnected oil pressure warning light would appear to be a deliberate attempt on someone’s part to deceive a buyer about the condition of the car. Though I purchased the car As-Is/no warranty, I incurred significant repair costs less than two weeks after purchasing the car by what appears to be blatant deception.

I emailed the general manager on 3/14 detailing my complaint. He left me a voicemail on 3/16 indicating that we could “work something out”. I called the dealership numerous times after that but he can't be reached and has not responded via email.

BEWARE! Do NOT even waste your time looking here! My daughter was looking for a car. Since she was paying for it herself, she needed to keep within a budget. She found a Mazda there that she really loved, and during the test drive, it was ok. The trunk was not working, & the engine light came on, so they said they would fix it by the time she returned (5 days later). Since it was a rare car, she did not want it to be sold before she could get her money together. She put $400 down on it to hold it. They told her she could take it to an independent mechanic, and if it had problems, she could get her $400 back. Yeah .. right.

My husband and I went back with her to get the car, and found that it was leaking coolant, leaking oil, smoking when driven, would not crank the first 3 times, the engine was surging when in idle, wires were hanging, and sloppily soldered together, and we found evidence of it being wrecked .. etc.

We obviously said we did not want the car, and wanted our $400 back. They, of course, refused. We agreed to look at their other inventory. When we were looking .. most of the cars had glaring issues. Leaks, tail lights hanging off, moisture inside .. etc.

By this time, we had absolutely no faith in their cars or their word. They still refused to give the $400 back.

We went to Stone Mountain Ford, and found an '02 Mustang GT convertible, in mint condition with very low miles, for only a couple of thousand more!!

Bottom line ... The staff at United Luxury Motors are liars and thieves!

DO NOT BUY from them!
