I could not agree more with the previous review. This place is the best place I have ever eaten at. Any dish I have ever gotten has been wonderful. The BEST burger by far I have ever gotten has been from this place and I have eaten burgers all over the city and beyond. The deserts are awesome and George always walks around to make sure everyone is ok.



I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place.



You may think there is no way Liberty has something this good but I'm telling you that if you just give them ONE chance you will be back over and over.

The owners George & Effie make you feel like you just walked into their home. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The best stufffed eggplant and spinach pie I ever had!! Fresh fish, skirt steak, pasta and traditional greek dishes are to die for. Their specials are amazing. I wait all season for their winter dishes, pot roast and awesome soups! George makes all his own desserts..coconut custard pie like you never had!

Great wine list. George knows his stuff.

Wear loose clothing cause their portions are enormous! Love their doggie bags!

When in Sullivan County you must must must visit them.

Tucked away in a little strip mall its a small intimate restaurant

so get their early or prepare for a looonng wait (which its worth).
