        Terrible

        Just moved in down the street from Sutherlands. Given the kind of work I do for a living and for fun, I spend a lot of time/money in hardware stores. My first experience in the store was frustrating as I couldn't find anyone to help me. Chalking up the experience as possibly a fluke, I returned for two consecutive days to similar results. When I finally did find an employee, they were rude and unhelpful. The cashier did not greet me or really speak to me at all. Just rang up my merchandise and asked for the specified amount in a irritated tone. I will be driving all the way across town to avoid this store from now on.
