Overall
Champion Motorsports is NOT a ...

Champion Motorsports is NOT a professional company and Tommy, the owner, it NOT a professional mechanic. If I could rate this busniess a minus twenty, I would. The only positive thing I say about this business is that they pick up for $25.00. Other than that, the customer service is horrible! After making me wait all day to pick up my scooter the first time, it was literally four days before I finally had to call Tommy to find out SOMETHING about my scooter. The answer I got was it was on the list to be looked at sometime that week. Nearly three days later I had to call Tommy AGAIN to have him tell me that my scooter was being worked on and that I'd get a call when they'd be delivering it. This turned out be a day or two later.

After nearly a week without my primary mode of transportation, taxi rides and begging rides from coworkers, my scooter gets delivered. Tommy starts it up and frankly after a week and $269.94, it didn't sound all that much better. Tommy drove off and I got ready to take it out to do some shopping. When I got ready to go, I turned the key AND IT WOULDN'T START! I immediately called Tommy, explaining the situation. I didn''t hear from him for two days and when he does call he says he'd show up that evening. He not only didn'[t show up as he said, but he didn't even call! Then a few days later I get a call on a Sunday saying he'd be there at 10:00 am or so. AGAIN, he never showed up and he didn't call. Well, after a few more days of begging rides again, I bought a new battery ($72.00) and got the scooter running. It ran for a week and a half. I called Tommy AGAIN asking to him to come get the scooter and resolve the issue. He doesn't give me a day or time, but just shows up one morning, and fortunately it was my day off and takes the scooter back to the shop. This was on Tuesday, April 3rd @ 10:30 am. It is now Tuesday, April 10th @2;45 pm and I still don't have my scooter. He did call with some story about how the hill I had to drive up on my way to work was undermining the repair work - lol! I WILL NEVER EVER use Champion Motorsports again. I'll walk to work and save up the money to buy another scooter first! Incidently, I have the greatest most understanding coworkers on the planet! Let this be a warning, stay far away from Tommy and Champion Motorsports!
