Invisalign Orthodontics
Dr. Hu received his PhD in Oral Biology and Biomaterials at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry where he also gained additional advanced training in CAD/CAM restorative system, technology of color and appearance matching in dentistry, and maxillofacial prosthetics. He started his orthodontic residency training in 2010 at University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, while he received Invisalign certificate, and completed the standard dental laser training at Academy of Laser Dentistry. More recently, Dr. Hu was awarded his other dental degree (DMD) at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine after finishing his two-year clinical training in the Advanced Standing Program.

After he completed his initial dental education and received his first dental degree at Peking University School of Stomatology in China, Dr. Hu continued his advanced residency training in GPR (where he had specific training on surgical extractions), and subsequently in prosthodontics and implantology in the Department of Stomatology at Peking University People’s Hospital, one of the leading university hospitals in China. During the period from 1996 to 2003, Dr. Hu practiced general dentistry and hospital-based dentistry as a resident and attending physician, as well as complex prosthodontic rehabilitation and dental esthetics as a prosthodontist utilizing dental implants, crowns/bridges, veneers, removable partial and complete dentures.
