The owners, Roger and Connie Underhill are professional, prompt and proficient. I had a window pane replaced in my kitchen window and can recommend them without reservation. I believe Mr. Underwood said the company has been in business for 78 years.

Good work, great business and helpful staff. I had several windows replaced and screen work done. Good to see there are still small business around who put their customers first! Unlike those big home improvement stores who only care about making the sale.

Do not use North TX Window & Screen. They charged me 100% for a window replacement order, then never followed up, won't return the 5 messages I left, and still have heard nothing. No window, no contact, but they have all the money! Luckily, we paid with credit card & have put the charge into dispute.
