Dorothy's Grass Co

I called Dorothy on Thursday to place the order in advance. She told the grass would be there on Saturday when I arrived to pick it up. I gave her my name, phone number, for the Will Call order. When I got there, she told me she had already sold out. I had taken a vacation day for Friday off to prepare my front yard, rented a sod roller and borrowed a roto tiller to prepare for the grass. I am sure someone can pick up grass there, just don't count on reliable service. Because of their unreliability, I now have to wait for another week for the grass because everyone else is sold out as well. I took my business elsewhere to A-1 grass in Plano for a will call order next week, where they assured me this would not happen through their company.



This is the first time I have ever written a review on anyone. Normally I wouldn't even bother, but when it comes to grass, there is prep work involved. To put all that prep work into a yard, and then the grass supplier has sold out when you have already placed a will call order... that is unprofessional, and irresponsible. I will not buy there again.
