I bought a ring from them 2 weeks ago and I lost my job and they won't even help me. I understand that there is no refund on the jewelry but I can't even get a cheaper price item in the store. The store manager said that he was going to call me back but never did. I can't afford this 5000 thousand dollar ring.

I would not even rate this place with a one star , but I had to in order to post something!! This is the worst place to buy jewelry. Beware!! They are crooks and thieves. They will sell you cheap merchandise and sell it 5x the amount!!!! Horrible people!

i was sold a ring and given an appraisal for $5k from the jeweler. I was told that the diamond was of a high quality rating. When I took it to another jeweler I was told that the diamond was in such poor quality that it was essentially worthless and that the gold was worth more than the diamond. Store would not refund my money at all. DO NOT use this jeweler. It is a scam to hock low quality merchandise at a high cost.

Good place to get watches. I am not into other jewelry so I haven't really paid attention. I've bought a Tissot Le Locle, Tissot Visodate, Citizen Nighthawk, and a Citizen lady's watch. They are authorized dealrs for these brands, so warranty is always included. Prices are the best available, online or other competitors. Staff is friendly. My go to jewelry store for watches, I've been to many. Even higher end jewelry stores. These guys just take care of you.
