Eamonn is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. His primary focus is complex litigation, including class actions and commercial disputes. He regularly appears before state and federal courts, both within and outside of Maine, and has represented clients at all stages of proceedings, including dispositive motions, class certification, and appeals. Some highlights of his practice have included securing summary judgment in favor of a tech startup in a bet-the-company class action and defeating an attempt by a competitor to shut down a client’s new business before it even opened its doors. Though many of his clients are large companies, Eamonn is a firm believer in staying true to Brann & Isaacson’s roots as a Maine law firm, and regularly represents local small businesses and individuals navigating challenging legal waters. Beyond his work for private clients, Eamonn is a member of the panel of attorneys that accept appointments from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit to represent Defendants in federal criminal appeals who cannot afford counsel.
