I've been using Mikes for many-many years. They handled our air conditioning checkups every spring, and fall.
Mike's Heating & Air Conditioning came out to replace our furnace and air conditioning. We are very satisfied with everything.
It's always been a pleasure for us to work with Mike's. Their customer service, and quality of service goes unmatched in the area.
I have been with Mike's for over a decade. They have never done me wrong. It's always a pleasure working with them.
Mike's has been servicing us for five years. I actually sent John a hand written thank you note, and he called to thank me after receiving it. All of the techs are friendly and very respectful. I've recommended them to family and friends, who are also customers!
Mike's installed all new plumbing in our bathroom. I am very pleased with the work that the serviceman did. He was professional and did a bang up job.

Provided by DexKnowsWe've had them replace several things in our home over the years. They just did our furnace, and they put in a new air conditioning unit.
We had them install our new ac unit, and their guys did a fantastic job with everything. I would be happy to work with them again.
I have been with Mike's for over a decade. They have never done me wrong.
They offer a nice personal touch. I asked if they could send my bill a few weeks after the job itself and they complied with that request.

Provided by DexKnowsMade the huge mistake of having this company replace our old electric furnace with a new natural gas one. Installed, didn't check for leaks, left. Furnace leaked gas in the house for 6 WEEKS !!!! had to get Avista involved along with building inspector to get this fixed!!! Absolutley the worst customer service we have ever experienced bar none!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

Provided by DexKnowsCalled to get a used A/C reinstalled in our home. Tech came out to precheck. everything was wrote down. tried to get scheduled. no calls back for 2 weeks. Called again to get us scheduled and a renter get serviced. sent tech but he was service guy, not installer. had no line set. wasted trip. called again a few days later after no call back to get scheduled. left message with no call back. another week goes bye. After repeated calls i get a guy that says its my fault that the scheduling got messed up and it would be 2 weeks till someone could get out. Mikes just lost my personal and rental home business.

Provided by DexKnowsWe had one of their technicians out to look at our AC he said its started working and he didn't know why. Then tried to sell us a duct cleaning package saying it was our filter and duct work.
