Horrible. Waste of money and time

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of rayco. I took my vehicle here for tints they kept my car all day and gave me a time to return for pick up. Upon pick up they made us wait another hour while they "finished up" the car. The tints were terrible. Bubbles scratches they didn't even clean my back window before applying the tint. They scratched my brand new car and when all this was brought to their attention their only response was that his guys rushed the job. The owner is a complete jerk and will treat you like garbage. When I brought the car bAxk days later unhappy with their service they told me they'd give me my money back and refused to remove the tints he instead said he was going to take a razor to them to prevent me from keeping then which was not my intention from the start. Not to mention when I took it elsewhere to have the tints removed I was told rayco lied and put on a bad grade tint meanwhile I paid for and was marketed sunguard. Stay away from rayco. Terrible customer service owner needs an attitude adjustment and their work is garbage. Save your money time and headaches and go elsewhere.

Always professional, always timly, always reasonable prices. Every prive i was given i checked online and they were mostly dead on, or beneath the lowest prices i have found. I used to drive all the way to South Jersey where I knew the guys would never rip me off until i found Rayco 4 because they are a great example of professionalism that won't try to burn you on any purchase of a product major or small and will install it on site.

Tommy would not grant a 6 month warranty I was told by the other sales rep/owner Teddy. Tommy told me today 6 months for hed headlight kits but not on hd fog lights. Wanted $20 when I was told 2wice it would not cost me a thing prior to this. It's the principle. I guess you need the $20 more than I do because you lost a customer and all people I recommended in the past I'm bringing them elsewhere.
