- The St. Mary s County Department of Aging provides a variety of services to senior citizens. The department offers nutrition and health education services. It operates the Garvey Senior Center, Loffler Senior Center and Northern Senior Center and accepts and treats Medicare patients. St. Mary s County Department of Aging administers an adult day service program that offers health care services to adults with physical disabilities. It also deals in vision impairment and age-related eye diseases. The department also administers the Meals On Wheels program and maintains Alzheimer s caregiver support Group Senior and senior adult study groups. The St. Mary s County Department of Aging also provides health instructions and tips to prevent holiday stress and depression. It is one of the services offered by St. Mary's County. The department is located in Leonardtown, Md.
