Blue Moon Enterprises

I'm the owner the owner of Brereton Manor Personal Care Home a facility that cares for elderly residents age 80 to 100 yrs old with liimited imcomes. Blue Moon was asked to quote for upgradeing the home with a solar system. Blue Moon required a significant fee for the quote because it is a sizable job and would take some work to produce. I immediately paidfor the quote and awaited the results. No finished quote was ever produced. Several phone calls and messages were made to Blue Moon. Every call went unanswered, every message was ignored. At the recent builders show the owner was confronted about his behavior. He was visably agitated as he tried to explain why he had not performed honorably. He offered to return the money he took for the quote once he returned to his office. He has still not returned the money. I think this is a rip off of the worse kind...from the elderly.
