A couple of weeks ago I was getting my car ready for a trip to Tennessee. I took it to get an oil change and get a tire I knew was leaking patched. Was told by Walmart it had 4 nails in it n needed replaced. The only tire in stock for my vehicle was going to cost $140 so I said no. I left n called around and got the same story. Called my brother to ask where to take it cheaper he said to call the "tire nazi" but to make sure I had the size when I called or he would hang up on me...uh ok. I already knew the size so I called and ask if he had one my size and price for a good used one or cheapest new. He said $50 so I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no so I headed straight there. I got there he was waiting outside and pointed me into the fence up to the cones. Hollered at the guys $50 used tire and walked away. I had no clue where I was supposed to go so I just sort of stood up front until the guy walked up front n went inside so I followed him so I could go ahead and pay. To my surprise it was $50 just as quoted. No hidden fees or mounting costs, exactly what he quoted. I thanked him profusely because we were set to leave that night and this could have canceled our plans. The guy doesn't smile and barely speaks but honestly at $50 I can live without a smile. By the time I paid they guys were done with my car, it took 10-15 minutes tops. The tire was uses but just as much tread as the 2 front ones which I purchased new 2 months prior. Then last week our son called us because he was stranded with a blown tire n no spare. We went to his car pulled it off n took to the tire nazi, $30 and 10 minutes later we were headed back to his car. Say what you will about his attitude but at the end of the day he is cheap and fast so pay three times as much elsewhere if you really want that smile and have a good day. If you just want an affordable tire quickly then he's your guy. I know I'll be back.

No issues whatsoever with this place. No frills. No nonsense. Efficient. And cheap. Got 4 brand new tires on in 30 minutes. Definitely will be back with our second vehicle.

Started when I worked for branstrator Incorporated . I used to help run shipping and receiving there ! whenever we had tire needs we always took our tires there I never had a problem with Tim , in the past ! be straight forward , " know what you're talking about ", and he will take care of you, and give you a very good deal ! He has no patience to ignorance ! But I don't either ! So if it happens to you , do as the lord ses and turn the other cheek ! And be patient ., And let the man do what he dose best , tires !!! I called to ask about tire pricing but I didn't have my tire size with me when I called. I asked him if he could look it up and he told me where I had to look. I told him that I wasn't with my car and all he said was "have a good day". Very rude customer service. Must not want my business very badly since he wouldn't even look up what I needed for me. Won't be calling or buying from him. I'll take my hundreds of dollars elsewhere.

If you go there just tell him what you need. He doesn't really have the best interpersonal skills. I personally, never had a bad experience there. A lot of people call him "The Tire Nazi" and he laughs about it. Will give a good deal on tires though. If you hear about tires not being properly installed or torqued stand there and watch. Remember, "Caveat emptor"

I called them up asking about price. The guy was very rude after telling me he had nothing in stock and then hung up on me! A$$hole!

got an incredible price for tires unfortunately the only info he would give me about them was they are black and round and the guy was so rude on the phone I ended up spending 200.00 more and ordered my tires from tire rack.com

These people are great. Best prices and best service in town on tires. You must know what you want and don't be stupid. I endorse this business for all my tire needs.

I called speaking with the owner. I said, I was having difficulty with the connection. This man was rude and began yelling! I said, excuse me you don't have to yell. I asked if they had new and used tires for a Kia Rio. His reply, "what size?" I said, I'm not sure and before I could get another word out of my mouth,; he said, "I can't help you!" He hung up on me! Truly is a Nazi!

The owner is a real prize. I have never tried to do business with such a rude person in all my life. I will never try to give them my business again!!! I will not compromise my integrity to do business with the owner of this business is. He called me a stupid mother f^**R%%$^ for asking him a question about tires. I now know who the stupid mother f&*((^%$ is and it is not me.

What a Douche! Called to get an estimate . . . wanted me to BLINDLY put down money on tires without knowing what brand I would be getting . . . They rose his voice to me?!?!? Seriously? This guy needs whooped.

I had 2 new tires put on by Patriot last year. Then went to Leo to have 2 more "newer" tires put on before winter (like 2 mos ago). They rotated my tires so that the ones with the best tread were in the back for winter and that was that... Yesterday when I got off of 69 and was almost to work, I noticed my car was making a terrible sound in the back and was shaking. I thought maybe it was ice buildup so I went around and got all of the ice chunks off and drove home at the end of the day. As soon as I got off of 69 again it was doing the same thing. When I got home I noticed a huge chunk of ice between my exhaust and back tire thinking that was it. I drove Brent's car to work today so he could drive mine and see if it was still making that noise. It was! And it was my tire about to fall off!!! He took it to Berger as its 2 seconds away from our house and they said NONE of my tires were torqued when they worked on them!!! So they were all loose and the one (that was making the terrible noise) was so bad the all parts of my tire, even my rim is ruined. So $400 later, Leo tire refuses they did anything wrong and that "a lot can happen in 2 mos"... Meanwhile Berger says damage like this only happens when tires are not torqued properly and in all my years of driving and new tires I have NEVER had a tire "un-torque" itself. And neither has anyone I've talked to. Especially in a matter of 2 mos. And when Brent called to talk to Leo tire he was told some very nasty things including the F-word several times. So in short, I am out $400 because someone didn't do their job!!! And I'm glad my tire didn't fly off while I was going 70 mph on 69 yesterday!!!

The owner doesn't like ignorance. I go for the good deals on good tires and for the stories he tells about the people that make him mad. The posts in here make me laugh as well. Thanx tire nazi!!

I bought many used tired from this clown over the last 10 years. Never liked him obviously cuz really who would or could. liked his prices tho if u want used. Today on February 8th 2014 I went in to see if he had a used tire. I asked him if he had the size and he didn't even say anything, he just KINDA shook his head. I turned around and headed out. on my way out I must have knocked something over or shut the door too hard. He needs to get off his lazy can and clean that nightmare mess up a little and he wouldn't have that problem. anyways I went to my truck and got in, put my safety belt on and here comes the crazy tire Nazi. he proceeded to throw a tire weight at my truck. lucky he throws like a wimp cuz he was aiming for the windshield. he got lucky he missed or he might be getting put out of business. it still blows my mind that he's that crazy and stays in business. I didn't even know I did anything. he must not have been loved as a child and oh my I really hope he doesn't have kid or any family cuz lord I feel bad for those folks. guess it's just one more customer he lost. oh and everyone I know who used to buy tires there.

i buy tires from the tire nazi all the time, i read all these reviews about how rude they are and no customer service, ya know i don't blame the guy, i would run some one out of my tire shop if i got a blank look from someone when i ask them what there tire size and didn't know it grow up people!!!!

Got 4 Michelin defender tires brand new for $630.00...then on top of that, I needed new brake pads just for the front and they put those on for $78.00. Total price was $708.00, which beat everybody's price by at least $150...I don't know why some people have spoken badly about these guys, they took very good care of me and I will be back!!

Cheap doesn't give an excuse for poor workmanship, rudeness and bullying of customers. Google this business before taking your vehicles here. Better yet, call them before going and have them prove me wrong. I tried to give this business a NO Star rating but the system required at least a 1 Star rating which is not accurate.

Complaint Description:

Employee,Tim, was very rude and did not take responsibility for a hazardous situation his paid services provided. My husband took a new rim with tire here to have it put on his truck. While there he witnessed the owner,Tim,YELLING at a customer. Although my husband was shocked,he proceeded with the cheap labor this shop provided.Three days later there was an odd sound and shaking coming from the rear of the truck. He stopped and noticed 4 of the 5 lug nuts were gone from the rim/tire this shop put on. It was unsafe to drive any further and the rim was damaged. I called the shop the next day and Tim answered the phone. I nicely explained the situation and asked him "How do you suggest we handle this?" He abruptly and forcefully stated, "Well, buy some lug nuts and put the spare on it, it's not that hard to figure out!" and finished with a huff. I was shocked at his rude tone but followed up asking if I should then bring it into the shop.He said, "Sure". After I shared with my husband the instructions, he then made me aware that the bolts the lug nuts screw onto are stripped now and one had actually broke off. I called Tim back and shared the same information and he stated with an negative attitude, "What do you want me to do about it?" At that point I spoke up and asked him why he was being so rude when it was his work that had created the problem and we are all very lucky it was my husband driving the truck when this occured and not my young son you could have been injured the night before while driving on i69. I asked him why he was being rude. He stated, "I'm being nice!" My response was that I had never dealt with such rudeness, especially coming from someone that put my family in a dangerous situation. He replied, "Take it somewhere else to get fixed." I then asked if I should bring their bill to him. Tim hung up while I was talking. My only purpose in calling the shop was for them to correct their problem. Instead I was confronted by rudeness, demeaning statements, yelling and a total lack of concern that their poor workmanship could have caused a tragedy.

It's a hole in the wall but can't beat the prices and Tim, the owner, is a real doozy. Very nice guy...couldn't have been nicer. Quick service. Techs were great.
