General Info

Caldwell County Emergency Services is a division of Caldwell County in Lenoir, N.C. It provides emergency medical care to sick and injured individuals. Additional, its services include nonemergency and scheduled transportation of nonambulatory individuals to outpatient clinics, nursing facilities and hospitals. It provides training and program development for all volunteer and paid fire and rescue agencies and providers of pre-hospital first responder. Its shift training includes monthly article review, video and hands on scenario skill review with written tests. Its office provides daily networking of activity through a manager, secretary and training coordinator. Its office provides input and assists in the development of all pre-hospital care in Caldwell County through the direction of a medical director, sponsor hospital, Caldwell emergency council and local government.
