I had a hard time finding a contractor to re-level my driveway. After several tries, I contacted Cummings. He came the same day and provided me an estimate for the job. I am very happy with the results. The driveway was leveled correctly, he even added a drainpipe so that water would not be thrown unto the roadway. My property was not destroyed, the driveway looks fantastic. He did everything he said he would do, in the time frame indicated on the estimate. I love my new driveway.

Worst experience I ever had with a contractor. Almost every aspect of the job was an issue. He underbid the job in the first place and increased the price several times and then did not complete the job as he indicated he was going to. I needed to hire another contractor to finish up work he said he would do. Be certain everything he said he would do is listed in the contract. I checked around after I hired him and I heard he was not an easy person to deal with. The only reason I did not take him to court is i didn't want to deal with him again and it is partial my fault because I should have insisted his quotes list everything he said he would do. If he counters on this comment I will gladly go to court. Be aware!
