Hillside Terrace Apartments

I lived at Hillside Terrace Apartments in Lemon Grove for about a year. The rent I paid was $1300 for a two bedroom two baths, I also had to pay $75 a month for water and trash pickup and also $25 a month for dog rent. The total a month is $1400 which is very expensive for a 900 square foot apartment. You also have to give a $250 deposit for your pet. When I first was checking out the apartment, I was helped by a rude and very inappropriately dressed employed staff member named Misty. She was not helpful at all and very rude. Victoria Orr the manager helped me also and she was nice. The apartments are nice but way over priced for the price you pay. The reason I moved was they actually tried to increase the rent on me by $25 more and I found a new condo for rent for $225 a month cheaper and it included water and it had a washer and dryer included in the condo. I also did not have to pay Hillside Terraces ridiculous Pet Rent. The biggest problem I had at Hillside Terrace was moving out.
