Horrible, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Worst experience ever. I had a simple square curtain panel I needed hemmed on 2 sides. SIMPLE. They promised it would be ready in 4 days. I made FOUR long drives there in OVER A MONTH, and it was still not done. On my third trip there, they informed me they didn't know which end I wanted hemmed! They'd failed to write down or remember my simple initial instructions. A few days later over a month had passed, and when I called and told them I wanted it done and I'd be in to pick it up, they said they'd have it ready at 5 pm, and told me I could pick it up then. They close at 6 pm, I made the long drive again (fourth trip there) and when I arrived at 5:10 pm they'd gone for the day! Yes, they left early that day, and failed to call me and let me know. When I called the next day and calmly tried to tell the female tailor who was responsible for this whole debacle the problems I'd had with them over a month, she became belligerent and aggressive and hung up on me. WHAT A DISASTROUS BUSINESS THEY RUN, TOTALLY INCONSIDERATE, INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

They took 3 weeks to hem my wedding dress and did an awful job. I am not that picky or sewing Savy but I know the material was tortured uneven with strings everywhere and worse part DiRTY. They were supposed to press but didn't. Gave to me covered in wrinkles. Then when I got home I discovered the chop shop sew job. I took pictured and tried to complain. They said that it was a rolled hem and my car made the dress dirty. Awful awful awful. Do not go
