Justin was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable of the car/suv and was professional throughout the entire process. He also did not pressure me to buy/lease the vehicle, which is very refreshing.
I had a good time buying a car today at Lee's Summit VW. Matt and Ranier (Rainer?) were very helpful. We reached an agreeable price quickly and the whole process was very numbers-driven and transparent, which made me happy. The dealership itself is new and very clean and nice.
