        Do not open an account at this bank.



        I have been a life long 5/3rd Bank customer but I wanted to support a local business so I went to Lebanon National Bank (with a witness) to open a business account. The young man was new but very nice and we were both happy when we left. Neither of us was told that we were supposed to have a $500 balance at all times or I would never have opened an account as I wasn’t sure how my online business would do (certainly not $500). I opened it with $80 which seemed reasonable.



        My business had no activity this year so I didn't use my bank account and the money sat there. However, LCNB National Bank has taxed the money and now I owe $119.82. Out of the blue. I will need to pay this "overdraft fee" in order to close my account, which is what I optioned to do.



        I am willing to pay it to cut my losses but will never have anything to do with this bank again and will be happy to tell anyone if they are looking for a new bank.

        After telling me if I do online banking I would have a monthly fee, I have continued to get a fee every month. They actually got me 3 times last month and drained the account, then closed it for not having money in it. The workers all have attitudes and are all extremely bitter. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. I've never once been pleased with them. They find ways to get under my skin every day. DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT HERE!
