It took them over 3 months from the time we ordered windows and signed a contract until installation. The only time they communicated with us is after we placed several calls, which are always answered by an answering machine. I also have been waiting approx. 4 months on a replacement window that has cracked and have not been receiving return calls on that issue either. Now we have a crack in another window. Mind you, these were supposed to be the "Cadillac of windows". They do have a lifetime warranty, but good luck getting any issues resolved in a timely manner!

Wife and I decided to use Xtreme after having a few estimates for our roof from other businesses. We had originally scheduled for an estimate back in April but unforeseen life events prevented us from doing work on our house, we told them to give us a call back in the fall. They did, we set up a time, and Mr. Phegley came out for the estimate. Cut to the chase, we have a new roof and its spectacular. Roofing crew was professional and we couldn't be more happy with the work done. Highly Recommended

After contacting 4 different local contractors to do a one day job at my home with no callbacks, I had a knock on the door out of the blue. It was a representative from xtreme, a company almost an hour and a half from my home. After signing a contract with xtreme, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of work and the gentlemen doing the work were courteous and paid attention to detail! Awesome job! I will definitely recommend xtreme to anyone I know who needs a good contractor!

Leaving my two cents here, Xtreme was awesome. I needed a new roof before this supposed bad winter and Xtreme delivered. The entire process from my estimate to completion was unbelievably smooth. I went with the driftwood color for my shingles and it looks amazing. I also went and got 3 replacement windows, spectacular by the way, I decided to go with beige inside and outside to go along with the color of the shingle. Ive recommended Xtreme to friends and now to anyone who is doing research.

We looked around for replacement windows for our home, getting estimates and what have you and we choose Xtreme and have no regrets in even the smallest they can get. From the Sales Representative to the installers they were all very professional which with the installers was excellent since my family was home during the installation. I want to say that when we decide to do our next home project we will have Xtreme back out, thanks!

Did not like the salesman at all. Requested a week to decide and when I chose another business to do the job the salesman was rude. Sorry, I will choose how I spend my money.

Hello, Just wanted to say that while my Wife and I were looking for soffit, fascia and siding, we were at first skeptical with choosing Xtreme seeing the review written on 10/03/13, After speaking with the company representative, Randy, he explained the integrity of these reviews and asked if we would simply contact a customer of theirs near us to look at the craftsmanship of their work. After doing so we moved forward with the soffit and fascia, as our house was being worked on and as well as upon completion, it has only been smiles from us when we look at our house and the job they've done. We are satisfied with choosing Xtreme and we have now contracted Xtreme to do our siding! We'll let you know if we're still as happy after its installed.



The date is 2/17/14, Xtreme finished our siding Friday. The job done is superb, we're ecstatic on this. Very pleased I went with my gut instincts and used Xtreme.

I have given the benefit of the doubt to Xtreme Home Improvements for months now, but I highly doubt they will ever finish my home. When we decided to go with this particular company, it was because we were told they would not hire a sub-contractor. Circumstances beyond their control we received a sub-contractor. They were very nice, but I do not feel they were experienced enough to handle the size or difficulty of this job. Concerns were voiced with the project manager, but he was simply too busy to help. There are several pieces of siding that are tacked up with nothing more than silicone and liquid nails, an entire section that isn't straight, corners don't match up, seams don't seem to fit together, bows in and out on the long side of the house. The house looks nice from the street, but I will always look at it and see the many, many flaws. I have lived in my current home for 7 years. We bought this particular home because we know it was built sturdy and had planned to stay here for the rest of our lives. Since the extremely disappointing dealing with Xtreme Home Improvements, we are looking to sell. I have an entire home that needs updates as it was built in the 70s, and I will never again go through the experience of hiring outside help. I feel cheated. I don't know how else to say it, but I feel as though I was taken advantage of. I have been waiting for the project manager to come fix the issues as he had promised, but he was supposed to be here two months ago. I finally decided to move on as they clearly have no intention of ever coming back. I am not writing this review out of anger. I read the reviews myself before giving them my business, but the good seemed to outweigh the bad. I hope this review can help someone make a more informed decision before hiring a contractor. Please learn from my mistakes!

We had the pleasure of working with Xtreme Home Improvements on the installation of new windows in our living room. We could not be happier with the work that was done and we highly recommend Xtreme Home Improvements to anyone in need of new windows.

Everyone from Xtreme Home Improvements was very helpful and easy to work with. The representative who came to our home was personable, did a great job of demonstrating the windows, and explaining how Xtreme Home Improvement’s windows differ from other companies. He also did a great job of answering all of our questions.

The gentlemen who installed the windows were punctual, careful, and precise. They did a masterful job of removing our old windows and installing the beautiful new windows quickly and carefully. We were also very impressed with the way they took the time at the end of the job to make sure we were happy with our new windows and to answer all our questions.

We can certainly hear a difference in our home, now that the street noise has been completely eliminated by the new windows. We can also see the difference our beautiful new windows make, compared to our old, peeling, wooden windows. And our utility bills are lower too, now that we are using our air conditioner less and leaving our secure new windows open more.

Overall, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work that was done, or the product and service we received. If anyone is considering putting new windows in their home, I would not hesitate to tell them to call Xtreme Home Improvements. This was a great investment in our home, which we plan to enjoy for many years to come.

Xtreme was great! I bought Siding, Soffit & Fascia from Xtreme not to long ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. The workers were professional throughout the installation and did a great job on the clean up. The house looks wonderful, I would recommend Xtreme to anybody looking to do some home improvement.

I recently bought windows from Xtreme and they have been great. It has only been a few days but the sound proofing on the windows is amazing. The installers have done a great job, and my Sales Representative has been there to answer any of my questions and my concerns. My Sales Rep. needs a pat on the back. Thank you guys for taking the stress away over worrying about doing a job like this. Highly recommended.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They were to put siding up, close off a garage and put in a sliding door. I figured using a contractor service would be my best bet. I thought wrong. First I had to make contact with the company because they didn't show up on the start date and I was given the excuse of "The supplies hadn't come in and they were waiting on them". Then they finally showed up to start the work and I was excited. On the second or third day I started noticing sloppy work and things weren't level or cut straight. I tried to talk to the workers about it and was blown off and told ' Thats the way it has to be". I ended up calling someone over to look at the work and he agreed. He tried to address the workers and was blown off as well. We called the company and a guy answered. After listening to the problems we wanted addressed he informed us he was the cleaning crew and to call back and leave a message. First thought, Why is the cleaning crew answering the phone?. Called back to leave the message and the voice on the machine was the voice of the "cleaning guy". Kind of odd........... Project manager finally called back and met the next day to address the issues and a compromise was made. Finally the work was completed. It looks like sloppy work where the caulk was put down and the metal trim along the siding, doors and windows. They didn't clean up the nails and siding pieces that are all over my flower beds and along the house. They left screws laying in the window wells of my new windows and it rained. Now there are rust stains on my new windows. They said they would leave the left over materials (siding and insulation) and they left nothing except a mess for me to clean up. My insurance adjuster came over today to take pictures of the house and asked who I hired that did such bad sloppy work. Well it was this company. Never ever again! No way would I recommend them to anyone. Look for someone who takes pride in their work and listens to their customers.

Xtreme has been professional and dedicated since the moment the young gentleman knocked on my door, to the completion of my siding, soffit and fascia. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they have done. I recommend Xtreme Home Improvements to all who are looking for that right business to work on their homes.

My windows were installed a month ago. They have changed my life! Or at least my outlook, literally and figuratively. They are everything your salesperson promised as far as air and sound reduction. They are very attractive, and wonderfully easy to handle. I almost look forward to cleaning them since I've never had windows that swing in for cleaning. Incredible. They are actually more than I expected in the feeling of well-being I now have, knowing my home is secure, knowing I'm not heating and cooling the outdoors, not having to mop up pools of water on the sills when it's cold out, and not hearing every little thing my neighbors do. Additionally, the order and install timeline I was promised was delivered. In my world that is rare. So - all promises kept, and I can't fail to mention the expertise of the installer. He and his assistant took care of every little thing that came up during the installation. I'm a very happy customer and will be sure to call you again for my next home improvement.

Xtreme Home Improvements is an exceptional company. All around professional company from their advertising department to their factory representitve to their installers. They just replaced all my windows 14 in all and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would recomend them to all my friends and family. When I am ready to do my siding Xtreme will be the company I call.

We got all new windows put in our house and we love them. I'm kind of a hard person to please and the owner was very patient with me. They got things done in a timely manner and they seemed very professional! I would deffinently recommend them to anyone who asks.

Xtreme did an incredible job on my roof. The salesman and crew were very kind and curteous. Installation was a breeze and all questions I had were answered promptly. The crew cleaned everything up very well and it was completed on time. I never had any problems! We will be redoing part of our basement in the fall and look forward to contacting them when we need it done. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
