Do not use TSI Services, LLC. We met with Tom Maloney in August of 2017 and gave him a check for half of the fee due to get engineering designs for our remodel project. We didn't hear from Tom again until right after Hurricane Harvey, asking specifics about our project (all of which we had already discussed in August0. He said he'd check with the city about zoning issues and then get started. We never heard from him again. After getting ahold of Tom by phone a couple months ago, he said he was very busy and his son Alekx would take care of us. We spoke with Alekx one time and he asked us to send design sketches, measurements, etc (all of which his father had from 2017). Now, they will not respond to our emails, calls and texts. We asked for our money back several times, and again- no response. if you want to throw your money away, call these guys, otherwise, find someone else!
