        I was impressed with Stephan "SUPERVISOR/MANAGER" and Natalie's patience towards my situation in regards to my refund and making sure that we get it right. To Stephan-- thank you for your outstanding patience I was very grateful that you took the time to call customer service and even called your store manager in regards to my situation.
