        Beware Read This Before Shipping Fed Ex, We have small family business, on daily basis’s we ship merchandise throughout the United States, Recently Fed Ex busted one of our high end lamps, we purchased insurance through Fed Ex, we immediately emailed pictures before and after shipment of lamp with our insurance claim, Fed Ex lost the pictures we emailed, After couple of weeks and many phone calls to Fed Ex (Fed Ex never returned our phone calls) Fed Ex agreed to pay for the lamp, Fed Ex said they have mailed us check by US Mail should receive between 7 to 10 business days, why didn’t Fed Ex overnight or priority mail our reimbursement check? we our still waiting on check, never use Fed Ex

        Well I was expecting a package and it was delivered but not to my address. Not good service!!
