        Overall

        We took off work early on 3 separate occasions to meet the tech to get our AC repaired. Twice they were no-shows without even a call to let us know they weren't coming. One appointment was scheduled BY THE BOSS himself. The receptionist answering the phone was extremely rude. The third tech - "we're sending you or best tech" - was able to at least figure out the issue but he set the appointment for yesterday after 4 and was a no-show. I called in this morning to complain and was told let them research the matter and they'd get right back with us. That was 3 hours ago.
