This real estate company likes to receive listings but does not work hard for those who are sellers. The only offers we received were $54,000 below the listed price which was reasonable or for barely more than we owed and the buyers wanting $22,000 to totally remodel everything on the property.

Other real estate companies were the ones that showed our property the most. I think this company only showed it once. Our Realtor tried to get us to rent it to her brother which told us our interests were not first. She would only call us with negative offers, etc. I would not recommend this company to people who want to sell.
