Great place for Great people....I like going to Encore2 for happy hour...The food is great!!!! The drink is reasonable.... The music is FUN....This place is for mature audience....I will definitely be there on Fridays....

Good crowd, non smoking, the big screens take it over the top. Some of the people were singing for record deals.

Went last night to Karaoke and had a blast. First its a non smoking venue and I absolutely love that!, It was a great crowd, great song selection, $5 drinks and food can't beat it. The lights, sound system and stage are top notch and I also like the videos that were playing during the time between performances. This will definitely be my spot for karaoke on Wednesday nights. There were some good singers too!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that you may have experienced on Mother's Day. At Encore 2, we take pride in ensuring all of our customer's satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet your or our own expectations regarding your particular service. The missed opportunity to give you an enjoyable experience at Encore 2 is something that we are not proud .Our overall goal is to provide quality dining and nightlife/entertainment experience for all. We missed the mark and the level of service that you received is unacceptable.



To the person that came and the music was loud, and service also not up to standard, we also apologize to you as again it is not our intent for any of our customers to leave with a bad image of our company. At Encore 2, our focus is always in improving these service levels and your feedback has proved to be invaluable. We are aleady working on solutions that will prevent similar problems from occuring in the future. Some of those are increased staff, more training and a stronger focus on customer service. In regards to the music level, we have defined a DB level for the room that has proved to be a level where conversations can be shared while experiencing the outstanding live entertainment that we provide. Our apologies, again, for your unfavorable experiences. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Encore 2 to replace the negative impression with a more positive one.

Heck No, Please Don't GO!!! What a Mother's Day.... Paid $110.00 for VIP seating and no waitress ever came over to say hello and take our order. We waited and waited and waited. Finally, we went to the bar to order our own drinks twice!! Suppose to got a salad, entree and dessert. We only got entree and the beef wellington was sooo hard and tough. By then the owner came over and started being an arrogant jerk and a smart mouth instead of apologetic. What an awful Mother's day experience. I ended up eating at Burger King up the street. Just Awful. The band Water Sign was pretty good.

Went to the Sunday jazz. Nice decor, door person was friendly.

Waiteress was friendly but absent-minded. I ordered a drink and was given a drink that I didn't order. Ordered something to eat, waited and waited,and waited, spoke to the waiteress, she forgot that I had ordered something to eat. Atfer that I get my check and the tip is already taken out(a tip that was not deserved). As for the band way toooo loud. There was a singer but you could not hear her due to the band being to loud. They even had someone running the sound so the blame goes on him not knowing what he's doing. I can understand loud music , but there is a difference between loud music and music being balanced as any sound person that's worth their salt will tell you.
