I don’t normally write reviews, but Lance Gunning deserves one! This was our first time meeting Mr. Gunning and I can say he left an impression on us. He is a professional inspector who is honest and caring human being.

Lance came highly recommend by our Real Estate Agent and he did not disappoint us. He was punctual, knowledgeable, detailed and very friendly. He's AMAZING!!! He catches everything, but has a way of presenting it so that it doesn't seem as overwhelming as it could. He inspects every corner of ever room and all the spaces in between. Seriously. Everything! Even the places you'd never think to look or think about.

Lance was extremely patient and answered all our questions. He did an incredible thorough job. He was detail oriented in his inspection as well as the report he wrote. I too would highly recommend Lance Gunning of. Budget Home Inspections, Inc., with no hesitation.
