M & M Tan and Window Tint

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO M&M FOR WINDOW TINT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid $80 to have Dean/Dino? tint the front 2 windows of my SUV on Friday 6/13/2014. Dean was not present when I picked the car up on Friday evening. Saturday (in better light), I noticed multiple fine scratches on the passenger side window tint film. The driver's side also has a few scratches. When my husband went to talk with Dean about these scratches, he offered to re-do the tint (along with an unnecessary attitude). Honestly, I didn't want this guy touching my car ever again, so we said we would accept a partial discount. He replied he would remove the tint and give a full refund, but there would be no discounts "just because your wife's not happy with something I have no control over"... Really?! No control over a tool you used to apply the tint OBVIOUSLY leaving permanent scratches??????? I'm not buying it.

I should not have to be without my car for ANOTHER day because of his unprofessional practices. A person who takes pride in their work would never allow a vehicle to leave their shop with the tint obviously scratched. This isn't my first time having a vehicle's windows tinted. I know what it's supposed to look like.

I will not be taking ANY future business to M&M and I will make sure everyone I know understands the way they treat their customers.

I stopped in on Friday for a free estimate to have tint put on my truck windows. Dean was very polite, professional and was able to scheduled me in on Saturday morning. The whole process took less than an hour to be completed. I do not recommend trying to remove the old window tint yourself, it is a lot of work and something that should be done by a professional. So far I'm very pleased with how they look . I would highly recommend this business for all your tint needs.
