Lawrence Tank Inc

I was very surprised that the day my water was to be delivered it wasn't here. I called Lawrence Tank and was told there was no record of my order! I went over the conversatin with the woman word for word that I had with her last week. She then asked me if she was in the office when we were talking. How am I supposed to know we were on the phone! I wish I could give them zero stars! I'm completely annoyed by this company. When I asked her when can I get my water she said not until NEXT Tuesday!!! If you ask me if you want to keep a reoccurring customer and you screw up like this you do whatever to get the water delivered the day it was expected! Or as close to the day. I would have been happy if she apologized and said they could be out tomorrow but nope nothing! I will never use them again.
