Commerce Bank

This bank branch has terrible service. I would not recommend doing banking at this particular branch. And if you have a Kansas based account through commerce bank this will be your only branch choice in town. So, I would suggest you switch banks rather than using this one. The head teller and the tellers in general are all very rude. There was one instance I deposited a large amount of money (over $5,000) into my account and the teller told me that the availability of the money would not be immediate. I understood, but I still needed some of my money. He wanted to know much I needed within a day and I told him $1,000. Then, he proceeded to ask me why? I was very angry. I said what the hell do you need money for? Oh, that's right probably to live. Well that's the reason I need it to. Also, when attempting to deposit money. I was told that I no longer had an account there where in deed I did have a large amount of money in the bank there and I about had a heart attack. Then, the bimbo went back and found that I actually did have an account there and handled my transaction, but did not appologize or anything. just said "here you are." Then later after depositing money into my account once again they claimed I had not deposited money into my account. If I had not kept my transaction reciept I would be out of that money. It also took them over a week to correct their mistake of not depositing the funds into my account. Overall, this bank is terrible.
